 Keep Drinking
Since 2014, I have been taking photos of my husband and our twins on the platforms of train stations in Taiwan. Almost every month, we go from Hualien to my parents’ house in Hsinwu, Taoyuan, and then visit my husband’s parents in Taichung. We do this almost every month. Traveling with two young children wears you out physically and mentally, and taking photos has become a form of entertainment. This activity has gone on for six years. At the beginning, it was because my husband needed drinks that contained a high amount of sugar to boost his energy, which then became a form of performance. This series of photos was taken with my mobile phone, like a journal logging our family trips. The railway is a line connecting us on the east coast with our family on the west coast. Time is a line with different images engraved as notches on it.

Keep Drinking
